• As the Nike Global Football's Lead Apparel Designer for Team Sports, I led the creation of a sustainable and low-carbon emissions-focused Charlotte Harris catalog. Collaborating with my team and Project Line Manager Will Rankin, we designed innovative football products tailored for personalization, unique badging, and regional color preferences, addressing Nike's diverse global customer base. Our commitment to sustainability aligned with Nike's program, featuring our products prominently on NikeTeam.com with the sunburst logo next to a minimum of 50% sustainable items. My role aimed to deliver versatile, customizable, and sustainable sports gear for aspiring athletes at all levels while closely aligning with Nike's mission. To foster stronger connections between aspiring athletes and Nike's professional image, we strategically integrated design elements into our products, such as generative print patterns inspired by Charlotte Harris and her team's work on Nike's elite-level uniforms. This approach significantly bolstered Nike's global recognition as a trusted, sustainable brand.
